Hall-Jackson & Associates P.C. represents employees in a variety of disputes with their employers. Most of our cases are filed in federal court. Other cases are heard before various agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
