We have successfully represented clients who have suffered from discrimination, sexual harassment, failure to promote, and hostile work environments based on race, age, sex, disability, religion, and national origin. We understand that harassment comes in many forms, and we are here to be the plaintiff’s advocate.

Our counsel is also experienced in advising and representing employees who have been offered severance packages. We review the proposed severance agreement and provide exceptional feedback on the fairness of the terms.

We also handle all negotiations with the employer.

Our firm represents employees in a variety of disputes with their employers. Most of our cases are filed in federal court. Other cases are heard before various agencies such as Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
